Faq
Massachusetts state law prohibits the return of wine, beer and liquor. The Vineyard will only accept returns for liquor products that are defective in quality.
SPECIAL NOTE: While the Covid Emergency is in effect, we cannot accept ANY RETURNS.
During times of bad weather, please note that we are not responsible for wine that arrives damaged due to heat or cold, so please consider this when making your purchase.
Any returns must be within 5 business days and accompanied by a valid store receipt in exchange for an item of equal value or store credit.
All returns must have a receipt.
No returns on Special Orders.
Title and ownership of products, and all risks of loss, damage, fines or penalties, pass to the customer upon The Vineyard's delivery of the product to FedEx (or other shipper) for shipment to the customer.
